    How do we know if kids are stressed?

      Hmm…it depends on the age of your child? I don’t know much about Primary school…but my ex-students who were in secondary school used to confide in me when they were stressed. The most obvious signs towards their parents were:


      Decreased in Communication towards parents
      Increase in tantrums (Guys mostly)
      Increasing online activities (a creative student of mine created a blog to reach out to other similar "emo" students)

      Interestingly though, their sources of stress were mostly social though. Its often relationship problems, or friendship issues. Hope this helps! 😃

        mine DD will start talking about school work while sleeping. Depend on the subject that she is having difficulties.
