      Hi ,

Was reading some threads and saw this from the topic : Secondary School Openhouse 2012. For those keen to bring your DD and DS to take a look at some schools , I have copied the following details for your easy reference:

      Girls' School
      NYGH - 19 May 2012 from 8am to 2pm
      MGS - 19th May 2012 from 8.30am to 2pm
      SCGS - 19 May 2012 from 10am - 4pm
      Cedar Girls' School - 26 May 2012 fr 8am to 1pm

      Co-Ed
      DHS - 24 May 2012
      SST - 19 May 2012 from 8.30am to 4.30pm

Those schools that are not stated above, I guess you can just go to the school website to check out the details.

      Cheers !

Can confirm the open house for Dunman High? There's no information on their website and I've called the school twice. The admin said it could be on May 26 but not confirmed yet? It was only last week! :stupid:

What, u mean the admin couldnt confirm with u ? When did u call DHS?

There is an error stated above for the Open house, It shd be on 26 May ( Sat).
My gal will be there \" on duty\" .....
whereby she was already being informed by the teacher -in- charge of the date, 26 May (Sat).

Yes, additional info can be found on DHS website, provide u with the link here.

        Hi hi,

I go into DHS - parent networking group page 193 (sorry I still don't know how to link the thread here) it states there is 26 May 2012.

        Hope it helps.

Oh no! :yikes: all the SA1 papers over ? :scared:

Hope his papers are all over...if yes, that's a relief. Thank goodness he has it now and not later. Has he seen doc for anti-viral medication ?

Sorry to hear that. Hope your son recover soon. Make use of this period to have a good rest & do some revision. Take care.

                      Hi Mummies,

May I know if it's another BIG BIG jump from P5 to P6? Thanks.
No big jump in P6. Most of the PSLE topics are covered in P5. Only first 2 terms in P6 cover the PSLE topics, then follow by revision.

I am suffering in P3 itself. I cant think of P5 or P6. Hope I can sustain thro' the journey.

Your child is only in P3 & you have 3 more years. Don't have to worry. My boy was an average student when he was in P1 to P3. He started to pick up in P4. In fact, he managed to maintain when he went to P5, while his friends' grade dropped. So you still have a lot of time. Some kids just pick up slower & catch up later.
