Happy Call Korean Frying Pan
-
my mum took the sealer out to wash prior to first use, and after every use… u mean it is not supposed to be removed? then how to remove the oil on it after cooking?
-
You are not supposed to remove it all the time. It is sealed tight enough to prevent food particles from entering the groove. You just need to wash the surface.
The promoter at United Sq warned me specifically about this coz I asked if I needed to remove the sealer to wash. -
I finally bought the happycall pan at united sq. They are selling it at $59 now, the small one.

Hi all,
I've just became another happy owner of the famous HCP :))
Cant wait to use it
-
Yes, not suppose to remove sealer at all, like all electrical appliances (rice cooker, etc).

Hi,
I was reading this forum previously and saw a few members recommending this shop Everything Korean at International Plaza #02-03 (or was it #02-02?). I was curious so i went there today to have a look.
Yes, the shop is small but there are many varieties of Made in Korea items in there. Pressure cookers, saucepots, chopsticks… oh…and even the happy call wok! I’m definitely recommending you to go take a look.
P.s. I’m a homemaker mother of 2 girls who just loves to cook for my family. I just felt it is good to share something good with the members here.
