I just bot the pan, read the manual and it says that the pan lasts for one year only. Anyone used for more than a year? Frequent usage ?

I think they meant the sealer lasts for one year, not the pan. The English manual I read said it was the sealer. The pan should last for a very long time.

Does anyone knows why the sealer of my Happy Call Pan comes off whenever I flip the pan 2 times? I changed the sealer before, but it still happens… Anyone experience this? Thanks.

The manual said never to take the sealer out to wash even. Did you remove it before? The manual also said that if it’s loose, you can actually cut out the extra length and slot it back in for a tighter fit.

You are not supposed to remove it all the time. It is sealed tight enough to prevent food particles from entering the groove. You just need to wash the surface.

The promoter at United Sq warned me specifically about this coz I asked if I needed to remove the sealer to wash.

I finally bought the happycall pan at united sq. They are selling it at $59 now, the small one.

Yes, not suppose to remove sealer at all, like all electrical appliances (rice cooker, etc).
