The person who leaked the news had a telephone interview with the media said that he/she doesn't think LTK knows who he/she is and he/she intends to stay in WP to watch their every moves. As an observer, I think along the recent mgt issues/events within WP.
Actually it started since the last GE.
I'd buy the story that there are indeed mgt issues within WP than the spy story.
