i would also think there are issues within WP itself. Shortly after last year’s election, one quitted because he wasn’t elected as NCMP. Then, during nomination for this HG election, another WP member took the form without party’s knowledge. Why no one suspect it is him who sabotaged the party?
Why must any negative reports abt WP be connected to PAP in any way? That’s all I want to say. -

Is Dr Poh good? I mean his speech during GE2011 (I didn't watch). Before the candidacy / nomination form issue, was curious why didn't he express his interest to run? He may be more appealing in looks (& maybe qualifications too) than PEH.i would also think there are issues within WP itself. His best showing was giving Ho Peng Kee a big scare in GE 2006, IIRC.
At one time, he was second only to LTK in WP hierarchy.
IIRC, he was not reappointed to d CEC in 2010, n was being gradually sidelined.
He too helped out in HG.
If his recent act was of his own volition, its probably he feels he is not being appreciated after many years of service. -
