DD got the report card. Wondered why SS is factored into average score since this sub is not examinable. Score 86% for 5 subjects but to remove SS, she got only 82.5%. Was pulled down by Sci on performance task though DD got 50/60. Overall for Sci is now 72%. One of the lowest in class…


Btw, NY score is based on 4 subjects excl SS.

Congrates! That's a very good score. She must have scored very high for Maths. 72% for Science is among the lowest in class? Wow! That's a very high 'lowest' indeed. She's fr which school?

Thanks ! But if I were to compare my girl to her peers, they are doing so well. Manage OK for Math & HCL. Only Eng at 78%. My DD is fr RGPS.

Compare to my DS class, such result will bring her to the top few positions. Yr girl is a gem.. not only she is excellent in her work, but very matured as well. Congrads !!! :rahrah:

What Just4Fun said is right. Seems like NanHua students still have lots to catch up. My DS is still in honeymoon mood. Always in front of the computer. He quietly create few email acc behind my back. When I confront him, he said his classmates have even more than him. :stupid:

Indeed, this batch is competitive and that is why, mummy here is feeling the stress. Avg for Math is 88.8% with some get 100%. Lowest for HCL is 71% and Avg is 78%. How is yr DS doing? Is he from HPPS or Nanhua?

Btw, girls tend to be more mature but you will see the diff in yr DS when he is older. Cheers.

Not suprising at all. I think letting him joining Robotic club is a mistake as he's so engross with it and spend so much time playing those batteries operated toys on and offline as well.

Mine in Int'l Chess, playing online w ipad every day without fail ... no wonder DH said buying the ipad was a wrong move :slapshead:
