Anyone know how to appeal if dun meet the 1 year mark.

Check with my CM and Chairman, both unsure how to go about it…pls advise

Does anyone know how many members does each NC committee have?
Is the max 20 or 30?
can they convert the observers to exec members throughout the year?
Or only in June once every 2 years?
Cos I found on some NC websites that say term of office is June 2010 to June 2012??

How do they decide when to convert the observers?
Is it really after 3 meetings?

Does that mean that we only get to apply for the few schools in that GRC. Are we allow to apply for any school under Southeast continuency?

You are allowed to apply for schools within the GRC only.

The RC chairman will convert observers to executive members after attending 3 monthly meetings? Who says so?


If the RC has reached 30 members and lets say 5 observers, you have to queue up for those existing members either to resign or change IC address.

You have to take part in activities, block visit , blood donations, block parties, etc

Max. 30 executive members. EM can be appointed anytime as long as there is capacity in the RC/NC and has nothing to do with term of office. However, we do review membership when a new term starts to get rid of \"dead\" members (members who don't even appear for monthly mtgs).

To be confirmed as EM, one has to show commitments and be active in RC/NC/GRC activities, besides attending monthly meetings. Typically it takes about 6 months. Of course there are also cases which are shorter.
