hello kitty at McDonald's

i remember these toys were given out free about 13-14 years ago. at that time i was pregnant with my first one and dh was very keen on the winnie the pooh collection......about 9 - 12 of them.


i was practically eating McDonald's meal once or twice every week to collect them and has to be early too.............free so everyone \"chong\" to grab one.

now have to pay for them.......... no way i am eating these meals to collect them...

Yep, I remembered the different pooh bears, and they were very cute. I collected a lot of them too.


Yesterday, I saw a girl having the new Hello Kitty - it’s not very "big" and it is quite flat. Compared with the old set of Hello Kitty, I’m not impressed with these new ones. I still have the old ones and my girl loves the wedding set.

I never bothered about it. Maybe cos I don't love dolls. However, I remember my colleagues used to buy as many as possible and throw away the meals. :siao: Told them should give me the meals instead. :faint:

And yes, these toys are not as well made as those some years ago.

I still have the full set of Winnie in one of my boxes...a hello kitty and Daniel in various wedding costumes ( also in boxes)...... :please: :love:

That was in 2000...was expecting my 1st one then.
My fav is the space suit set. While standing in the queue, my back was aching but refused to give up my place.

i got the whole set in boxes from hk, sg mac is too stingy only pack in plastic bag

I still have the wedding HK… Only got the Japanese set. Didn’t have to Q for it coz a very good friend gave it to me… Pity we lost contact over the years as we went on very different study & career paths.


My hubby got the 1st HK from this latest set… Much smaller but still cute to me coz I’m a HK fan! Planning to only get the st and last one in this set.
