u noticed dat after MBT in PP going against CST,
PAP doesn't put their better candidates to contest in oppo wards.
I surmised DC knows his part n came in mentally prepared for a tough fight n to lose.
Any gain in votes or % will be considered a plus.

So to say that DC is reali not their Best candidate and he is dispensable - can be replaced anytime ?

The only one that may be can let the HG residents think twice is PM lee. Other than that, other ministers all no way. My colleague , a HG resident, a die hard fan of WP n LTk. :rahrah: she said the residents choose by party n not person. She said the residents know too well that only opposition ward get the limelight and get to serve by 2 political parties . She said look at Potong Pasir. Any better ? Will likely to merge under Toa Payoh n bishan GRC. If PAP win HG , it will definitely merge under AMK GRC. No more HG.

Like what PEH said , a lot of residents 'shift ' place of residence without even moving a single piece of furniture. Eg. from Braddell constituency to Aljunied then upgrade to Marine Parade . :?
