What about night-time? It seems more and more difficult to get them to sleep on time….Then again difficulty to wake them up the next morning….hiaz…it’s a viscous cycle.

Also thinking about P1 school time…if your kid is going to P1 afternoon session, when do you intend to let him/her drop the afternoon nap?

                  Hi all,

It has been a while since I last posted on KSPF 🙂
I hv just turned an official SAHM wef 1 Jun 2012 🙂
                  My DS1 - 1.25m 20kg - is now with Pre-School By-the-Park 🙂
PV at NHPS was rejected last year. So it will be a P2C for us at NHPS.
But I have heard gd reviews on QTPS recently - its approach is pretty similar with DS1 Pre-School so I am really thrilled to be able to feel their passion just by reading their monthly open letter.
Their passion, commitment, values, envt etc won me over now!

NHPS or QTPS???? Mmh...... Need a gd + long thought 🙂

If your child can count backwards, then subtraction will not be a problem. I think initially the hurdle will be the crossing of tens, say before 30 the child should know it it 29 and before 70 is 69 etc...

I think using those Montessori kind of tools will help the child to visualize. Quite well...
