//Moderator's note: Most creative/useful prediction Award

I guess NAN HUA PRIMARY :rahrah:

        Reasons:

(the pattern is NanHua moves up eight position each year)
        2) 风水轮流转- 2009 is Nan Hua's turn
        .

        Hi edanson,

Your feng shui talk is a bit abstract. Since you have been in Nan Hua these year , are you aware of someone who has always been top, top in his/her exam result. If so, the chance will be high. Understand in year 2007, the girl who score 294, she has always been consistently top top in her school results over the years.

Relax . . . just a guessing game plus alittle fun. Besides, if you believe in it , then there will be , if you don't, then there will not be. .. so believe it or not in fengshui is up to you BUT in this world, there are many who believe in it.

Yes, you are right. I do know of a few who has always been top 5 in the whole school, regardless of whether from P1 to P3 in his/her old school or after he/she was transfered to Nan Hua for GEP program, he/she is still top 5 in the whole GEP program from P4 to P6 and not one but a few such cases there.

Whatever the results, juz remember to pat our children's shoulders on the effort they have put in! 😉

yep, pat them, hug them, reward them, kiss them, indulge them and make them feel very special for all the efforts they've put in.

                Hi baby2201,

                Strongly agree with you.

Yes, give our kids a pat each and probably a celebration, regardless of how they fair in it

                      edanson:
Not to worry, producing top scholar is not the only task of principal and besides I always believe that TOP SCHOLAR is the result of the child's hard work, the supportive parents giving supportive environment, etc., etc. In fact, the parents and the child himself/herslef are the most important issue. Becoming a top scholar will need the child to be prepared from young and not only in primary school. Try asking some top students or scholars, I think majority of them starts young. Their foundations are good and strong. Nanyang can produce many past scholars because many 'rich' parents had placed their kids in Nanyang and all these rich kids have already received great support since young (tuition, enrichment, SAHM etc., etc.).

Nan Hua probably was not lucky enough to get students with very very kiasu and supportive attitude to produce a top scholar for the past years but not for this year... just wait and see.

The principal only plays a small part for producing top scholar but principal plays an important role in the overall performance / activites of the school.

WHY WORRY , JUST BE HAPPY .Your worries will not change the decision by MOE.
So if Nan Hua starts having top PSLE student starting next year..... hmm...... we know where is the problem.....
