That's the best part about holidays ... Sleep, shop, eat and sight-seeing. Best part is to have family bonding !

      Nice ! πŸ˜„
Yeah very nice to sleep in.... :snooze:

We had done the museum rounds quite a few times already, visited some castles, parks during our earlier stay. so see how the rest of the stay goes.

Dd is going to Covent garden with her friend iday. Just two of them. Dh says it is fine so I am πŸ™ hard for their safety.

Sunny day today.....just the right time to sun our clothes.

It was real difficult to walk with the wind pushing against you. The umbrella just turned inside out.......is that the right description :scratchhead:

I had my favourites beef pie from the local bakery. Used to eat plenty when I was here earlier. With peppercorn in it and lots of minced beef and gravy, super delicious. :salute:

We are enjoying a cool day here today. Rained this morning and now a slight drizzle. πŸ˜„

Both are 14 only and it is a long journey from home. Not a direct train too…got to switch…

Though mine has gone out with her friends in sin, this is my first time allowing her to go so far…

The previous few were mainly spent in the village and nearby …

I guess as parents, we really have to learn how to let go bit by bit... Dreading that cos my girl will be a teenager soon... :nailbite:
