He handled the media well n portrays as a man that can bear full responsibility. With his positive mindset n leadership quality , he will still be 一条好汉. He will still shine in whichever area he is in. May be can be a counselor to the inmates! :boogie:

      agree!
think he's going to be a great man one day.
a picture speaks a thousand words. His face shows remorse and repentance.

perhaps someone kind & influential can hire him to be a counsellor to counsel prison cell inmates. Or tap upon his leadership skills, give him another new job of opportunity, acquire another new skill. When one door is shut (Primary school education sector), God from above somehow will open up a new window of opportunity for him.

just like Moses fled after he killed an Egyptian, by accident. Moses hid
in the wilderness, became a shepherd looking after a flock of sheep. Moses thought he was going to be a shepherd his entire life, living a life in humility. But No ! God has higher plans & higher calling for him. God want him to be Israelites leader - lead the suffering, enslaved Hebrews out of Egypt, under the cruel Pharaoh king of Egypt. God gave Moses ... a new life, a new hope.

That's remind me of David n Solomon . Both cannot resist the temptation of lust. But David repent n asked for forgiveness from God. Contrast with Soloman.. 1000 wives n concubines .... :yikes:

          in Joseph case -

Portiphar’s wife seduced him. When her husband out of town, she lured Handsome go to bed with her. "Come, Handsome! Come & sleep with me. I give you my body. " The man was tempted. But what did Joseph do ? He fled from temptation!

          recall ex SCDF case -
when the 3 women were tempted to go bed with him. "Come, Pretty! Come & sleep with me. I give you Tender contract. " The women were tempted. They should have fled ! They should have followed Joseph’s example. Then their reputation, career would not be destroyed today.

The women involved are high flyers. I presume they are capable to hold senior positions. Besides, they are married (except 1). Do these women really have to sleep with that man to get contracts. Wonder their husbands are able to accept. One even slept with him 7 times. How are these women going to move on ?

No, they don't need to sleep with him.
But because they slept, they destroyed their own career with their own bare hands.

Which husband forgiving enough to accept ?
esp. when entire world knows about what his wife had done, including even the number of times she slept with him, & the oral sex / actual sex done inside the car parked in the car park is ... too much humiliation for any husband to bear.

Which company will employ them ?
              wherever they go -
even if they meet potential company clients, even clients would have heard about them. Clients lose respect of you. They form an impression of you quickly in their mind. How to carry on business conversation discussion, if client is decent type, not \"ti ko pek\" type ?

They are doing sales.. and they bring big money to the company.

In many companies, the bottom line matters most. There are more than a handful of companies out there who rush to their knees to employ cheap foreign PMETs, and those who discriminate against local males who have NS obligations.. moral is not a KPI..

True, they are doing sales and bringing money...but does it have to involve having sex to get the contract ? This is not right. Even if contract is won, what about the women's honour? How is she going to face her husband? By telling husbands that offering sex is entertainment and doesn't involve love? Like what those businessmen tell their wives?

yeah, that's what they thought initially ... \"wow, see! i able to clinch business contract leh. I can beat my market competitors / sales rivals hands down flat. Later i can even get promoted to a higher level sales position, with more $ salary rolling in.\"

But if they had paused for a while - with wisdom gleaned on hindsight, they would not have done all these foolish things. Once they are discovered - they destroy their own career, destroy their own reputation, cause them to live a life of deep regret (s).

besides, it had also brought about serious repurcusion & grave consequence(s) to the companies they worked for:-

now, a task force investigation team had been set up recently -
questioning to what extent exactly was the ex SCDF Chief role important / key in decision making, in awarding the Tender contract(s) to their companies, via \"vice underhand\" means / method ?

whatever KPI sensational hooha they had created earlier on in clinching business contract(s) under that so-called definition of able to \"bring big money to the company\", this temporal sensation hooha disappeared into thin air - now that these companies are suddenly dragged / pulled into questioning. Reputation of these companies have been affected, in the commercial world. Market forces business rivalry tend to gossip - in the first case, how did they get the job ? Who hire them ?

Has it ever occurred to you.. what is the REAL \"mistake\" that they made that put them into current hot soup..? From what I read, their only \"mistake\", is, the tempted customer is from the civil service.

had it not involved tax payers money.. I doubt there would be so much investigations and so much juicy stories released to the media. Did you ever read about such saucy affairs on the news/media involving private companies investigated for corruption?

reputation of the companies have been affected? really?

I guess, once the women resigned or left.. it's history.

Anyway.. original comment is which company will employ them.

Of coz, IMO, what they do is not right.... definitely.. no doubt about that.
