I just got someone to help me to buy my first LV bag from Italy and it is a LV Neverfull. This is my first branded bag.

Now that I got my first branded bag, I feel like getting a second and third one. Feeling guilty for being so materialistic…

I am looking for a crossbody bag, any recommendation?

My hubby bought me a LV speedy from France when he was on a biz trip.

Price was cheaper there, on top of that, there is tax rebate. So it is really cheaper. He went to Lyon…the service was so much better than Paris store.

Since last year, the price difference is not that much (usually at most S$100). LV did a price adjustment last year to standardise prices across the continents.

Some examples (those that I checked out this evening):
          Speedy 35 : SGD1040, GBP460, EUR515
          Epi Leather Alma : SGD2010, GBP 910, EUR1020
          6-key Holder : SGD290, GBP130, EUR146

So, unless friends/colleagues claimed back taxes and don’t mind bringing back the full set and / or do not charge usa fee, then we will pay a slightly lower price.

For that, I buy my LV locally for the boutique experience and ensure that there is no dispute in future between whoever help me buy and me (eg didn’t check workmanship, swop with fake, etc).

effectively, do they reduce SG prices or increase Europe prices?

For NF, I saw a decrease. My colleague got her medium NF a few years ago at 1400. I bought my GM at 1130 and medium is below 1100. Got my Speedy 35 at around 980 in 2007 and now it is only 1040.

am getting this neverfull as a gift for my niece who just graduated from uni. 😂

Such a generous aunt. Do you accept god-sister? I just completed my masters ,or a god-son? My DS thinks he'll make it to the uni. 😄

Don't worry about him being a boy, my boy is \"chin chye\" when it comes to such gifts. 😉

Kekekeke, she is the first one among our nieces/nephews to graduate…we are super happy. My sis and I split the cost.

I got it in London which cost 480 pounds. Rebate is about 80 pounds but need to minus the admin charge so only about 50 pounds in the end.

And I make sure it is "made in France".
