Better aim for \"not equal\" schools. Better chance to become \"somebody\" & not end up \"nobody\". :rotflmao:

vk2010...i am :yikes:[/quote]Me too! :yikes: Need 250 & above to qualify for IP, same as NYGH. RI, HCI, NUSH & NJC are top schools. It is also right to say that mainstream kids are \"nothing special\". They can't apply for academic DSA. GEP kids with 80% & above in P5 & P6 SA1 could apply for academic DSA. After all, 99% belongs to mainstream. Only 1% belongs to GEP, which makes them slightly special.

Some time before the mid-year break, there was a letter from the school saying that due to the construction, there will be no CA2 for P5 (only), and SA2 will start week 2 of term 4.

But when I looked at the school calendar at http://www.nyps.moe.edu.sg/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=22&Itemid=29, I don't see any CA2 dates.

Have I mistaken that there will be CA2 for P3 & 4? I certainly am not the only one because a few of us parents were grumbling that CA2 will be so close to SA2!
