What I hate about the current Singapore

I see a lot of students studying in Macdonalds and Libraries. They probably just want to avoid the hot and humid weather to study in better comfort.


I thought it will be nice if the government can build a big air-conned warehouse of sort with many halls where students can study or do their homework. The can provide shuttle bus service from MRT Station to this special study halls.

:offtopic: Can somebody pls enlighten me on this: I heard from some of my students that studying is not allowed in public libraries cos they were chased away by the librarians and were told that was so. If library is not the place for studying, where is? :?

I think can.....unless the students didn't behave properly?
I have seen many many students studying in library.....and I have also seen many have lotsa books in front but chitchatting loudly and disturbing others. In some cases, some boy-girl with hands/legs not where it should be. :scared:

Not true, I go library often, I do see students studying there. Some even just sit on the floor. Not sure how they can concentrate but I guess feeling cool helps.

I hate the 2 casinos being built in Singpore…

No doubt this 2 Casinos brought in a lot of revenues …million and million of dollars

But the Singapore Society has changed…no longer the special little country I used to grow up…

I guess Change is unavoidable…

Since I cannot migrate , I just have to get use to this Changing Society…
