What I hate about the current Singapore

I hate the 2 casinos being built in Singpore…

No doubt this 2 Casinos brought in a lot of revenues …million and million of dollars

But the Singapore Society has changed…no longer the special little country I used to grow up…

I guess Change is unavoidable…

Since I cannot migrate , I just have to get use to this Changing Society…

I kept running through the list and cannot think of anything that I really hate about Singapore.


Maybe only 1 thing, even that also not hate it is just depressing. The amount of complaints everywhere about everything. But that can be easily resolved, just tune them out. :imcool:

Yes there are things that need improvements and there are things that makes me wanna :stupid: but on the whole, this little dot has more for me to love than hate.

There was a recent case of a Dutchman who 'fell off' fr d SkyPark.
How could dat happen? Doesn't it makes one wonder if d SkyPark is safe?
When I first saw d MBS, I had an image of d top as a launching pad! :yikes:

Just saw stomp photo of naked man lying outside Somerset MRT yesterday.

Another case, different day…
. Young woman in public spat with older woman, spewing vulgarities.
. Young man arguing n shoving elderly woman off a bus.
. Taxi drivers kena whacked/slashed for little or no apparent reasons.
. Young girls prostituting themselves or seeking sugar daddies to satisfy material hunger.
. Professional women trading themselves for biz contracts.
. Professional men abusing their position.
. Minister n AGC tripping over themselves in trying to defend wat shd hv been a clear cut minor traffic offence case if going by antecedents.

Don’t remember seeing/hearing so much of such happenings within a short span of time.
Haiz…dis country is going to d dogs.

no wonder someone said this country has more dogs than people

i think we hear more because of internet and citizen reporting, not that old time had less of such
