So bizzare. Create a nick just to post this rant, then disappear.

        cheh.

Anyway, why so bitter and negative near National Day? There's lots not to love about Singapore, but there's lots I love about it too.

If carnagejane feels so strongly against the nation, perhaps trying to eke a living abroad will help her count her blessings. It's easy to criticise when your belly is full.
peterch's observation is probably right as ksp has been frequently quoted.

          Really arh.
I only know of one GEP article written by a Jane Ng in ST using KSP forum material.
So carnagejane cld be Jane Ng under a new guise?
Looks like lazy journalism to me, if one can still call it journalism.

I like your last statement. I can so relate to that.

And if you are right about carnagejane, then the cynical me would further classify this as unethical journalism, jmho.

Teee heeeee ..... you know where I am coming from, no?? ๐Ÿ˜‰

times are hard for journalists... though it's good if some issues we are trying to highlight get broadsheet media coverage. like the campaign James Tan is driving. seriously, this knowledge universe is too much.

Btw, this video is so good! Mr Brown should open a concert. Tons of ppl will attend. He's so much better than Dick Lee or Hossan Leong who have tried to do such song parodies.

A parody of this year's national day song. Sincere, but (sincerely) cringe-worthy.

I'm sure there are folks with better voices in our whole army navy airforce. but maybe they needed the fancy ranks on the uniforms.
