My niece had done the upper block science challenging examination papers...with blue & white cover. Quite a lot of tricky qns that appear easy & quite some unique qns; may not suitable for below ave kids but vy gd for those want to score gd A or A*. the answers r very complete too. A very gd book for P5/6 esp bef psle.

Is my pal hot book good? Are the questions challenging and really of higher order? Worth buying?

I bought the hots book last year. Found that some questions are too HOT that , it is not necessary. some of the so-called hot questions are actuaalyy usually found in other schools papers!! so though that is is noit really necessary!

Science is getting tough year after year.

But I am not in any mood to get the 'My Pals' hot questions. It is not enough to score in OE but MCQ as well...that is really :nailbite:
I have sufficient PSLE books...now is to brush up my son in adaptation chapter. Quite a bit of memory work there in terms of behavioral/structural.

My daughter is in P2. I bought 'Learning Science 2' published by SAP. Used the same title but for P1 last year to introduce her to subject. Quite interesting. The other title you may want to take a look is 'conquer science P1/2'.
