What I hate about the current Singapore

Ahkeong, you have given me yet another reason to be thankful - I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to go to school, get a decent job, earn a living and been able to provide for my parents and my parents in law so that their sunset years are relatively worry-free. It is heart welching to see really old and frail folks picking up empty cans/bottles or clearing the food court tables...

my biz fren comes here often, it hurts to hear their comments about how we treat our elders here, where they come from - after do cow do horse for so many years, their sunset years are spent relaxing and playing ( not looking after as duty ) with grandchildren.
