      WCW:
registeration for P2C is 30, 31 july and 1 aug.

      result announcement is 7 aug...
if there is ballot, it will be after 7 aug?
and why there is announcement of result after 1 week? tot after 1 aug will know if there is ballot?
Balloting in most schools is held on the results announcement date, i.e. 07 Aug.

You will only know whether you need to go for balloting or not at the end of the third day. However, for those who need to go through balloting, they will only know whether they can get into the schools on the day the balloting is conducted.

So if no balloting is required, we will know results at the end of the third day?

If at the end of 3rd day of registration, and the school does not need to ballot (check teletext / MOE website for updates), that means there are enough places to accommodate all those who applied.

So yes, you don’t have to wait till Aug 7 to know that you are successful.

I’m Singapore PR. My son is born outside Singapore and got all his vaccinations outside Singapore. He is holding Long term Visa and doing his kindergarten here. Under required documents for Phase 3, it is required to produce Immunisation certificate. How can I get one as he had all his vaccine outside Singapore?

                  You are both welcome. πŸ˜„

Just to add on....even if the school needs to ballot, you still might know if you were successful or not before Aug 7....depending on which distance category will need to ballot.

Say if the school is balloting for those living 1-2km, and your home is within 1km from the school, then your child would have already secured a place.

I don't think anyone here has experience on this matter.

It's best you write/email (so you have it in black & white) http://www.moe.edu.sg/about/contact/ and get their official reply.

Thanks again. Those few days of waiting to ballot will probably be sleepless...... :nailbite: :imconstipated: ......

we are foreigners and all of my daughter's vaccine were done in our home country. a few months ago, I emailed National Immunisation Registry and gave them a scanned copy of my DD's baby book (immunisation summary page) and the immunisation certification I got from my pedia in my home country. I asked them to input my DD's immunisation record in the national registry. they were able to do so after a few weeks. πŸ™‚
