I'm Singapore PR. My son is born outside Singapore and got all his vaccinations outside Singapore. He is holding Long term Visa and doing his kindergarten here. Under required documents for Phase 3, it is required to produce Immunisation certificate. How can I get one as he had all his vaccine outside Singapore?

I don't think anyone here has experience on this matter.

It's best you write/email (so you have it in black & white) http://www.moe.edu.sg/about/contact/ and get their official reply.

Just to add on....even if the school needs to ballot, you still might know if you were successful or not before Aug 7....depending on which distance category will need to ballot.

Say if the school is balloting for those living 1-2km, and your home is within 1km from the school, then your child would have already secured a place.
Thanks again. Those few days of waiting to ballot will probably be sleepless...... :nailbite: :imconstipated: ......

we are foreigners and all of my daughter's vaccine were done in our home country. a few months ago, I emailed National Immunisation Registry and gave them a scanned copy of my DD's baby book (immunisation summary page) and the immunisation certification I got from my pedia in my home country. I asked them to input my DD's immunisation record in the national registry. they were able to do so after a few weeks. πŸ™‚

I'm confused as this website http://www.elite.com states my address is out of 1km but Onemap(http://www.onemap.sg) states it is in 1km. Which website should I follow?

I believe OneMap is more reliable, but calling the school to enquire will be the safest bet.

              Good Luck!

Onemap...since it's the one stated in MOE website http://www.moe.edu.sg/education/admissions/primary-one-registration/#address-used

Thanks for the info and advice. The school query on Onemap is pretty useful! πŸ™‚

The immunisation record on the health booklet is sufficient.
