surely the law must be fair & impartial, right ?
if P after plead guilty still get 9 weeks, surely the remaining 46 (exclude pimp) if they plead guilty, also ought to get similar sentence meted.

The custodial sentence should be mandatory..(?) I guess.. if they plead guilty, and hence convicted, the judge also can't waive it off even if he wants too.. he can only decide on how long he squat/stay inside.
