I opened the pm in office (on my iPad) and got a fright. My colleagues were wondering what happened to me (got cockroach??).

Guess in Singapore difficult to see those..

those in cans are cooked and those in the wholesale market are usually dried......

But maybe if you go overseas.. to places like Hokkaido.... maybe got chance to catch flesh ones.......

Saw some show.. the fisherman and the host took an abalone (still in it's shell), cut the body out, and straight away put inside the mouth.. like very yummy like that......
