🀷 Maybe due to the delay in their construction? New building not ready in time? πŸ˜“

Maybe the principal dont want to be too commital b'cos it will depend on the progress of the construction. Weather conditions play a big part....the last time when my office was having additional storey built, it was delayed by half a year :slapshead:.

But did the website actually COMMIT!

                Dino mummy,

I just spoke to one of the staff from the school and yes, the school will go single session next year (2013). However, the school is still deliberating on the start time of lessons (whether to remain at 7.30 am or otherwise) and will inform parents probably Q4 of this year.

The sports hall is expected to be completed in Oct 2012.

Good for you and titank, too (if he eventually decides to register his younger one in this school).

I supposed there is no difference if ur concern is not wht the kids go am or pm. For me, my elder one is in upper Pri while my younger one is P1 next year. I would like both of them to go in morning. We leave the house very early in the morning as we stayed at the other end of Spore, if pm session, my younger one will probably doze off during class time. That will affect his studies. My elder one has a hard time adjusting during his P1 and P2 time....

                      Oh, ok...
The only part that affect me is I have to wake up very early everyday instead of 1 day only, but it will affect my gal's caregiver more. πŸ˜“
AM session school release time is same as my younger one PCF class starting time, so cannot imagine how my caregiver gotta rush everyday.
Hopefully she dun give up looking after my gals in the end.. :xedfingers:

Actually, unless you want to try other options (i.e. try other schools), it doesn't matter when the school turns single session. It's a matter of convenience. As for getting used to the timing, you can prepare your child during the December holidays.

                        JMHO.
