      Scorpion:
I always replied that up to the 80's, there was music. After the 80's, there was only noise.

      Agree!

Even my kids ask me how come they donch make music like that these days. They listen to Rick Astley, Bananarama, TFF and plenty more!!!

      My personal fav is TFF!!

        Scorpion:
There were the songs I heard as a kindergarten kid...

        http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKCnHWas3HQ, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttTZL8YPXls&feature=related, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Ga9Bs4fzSY, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKn6h2x5IcY

And these were the songs from my adolescent years...

        http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKn6h2x5IcY, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1TcDHrkQYg, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNBjMRvOB5M

I still have all these songs in MP3 format, in a thumb drive inserted into my car's player. Whenever I give younger friends a lift, they always exclaim \"wah lau, uncle! Still got people listen to this kind of music ah?\".

I always replied that up to the 80's, there was music. After the 80's, there was only noise.
Thanks, Scorpion. So sweet memories when I play all these songs again...and... again now. And in full blast on my laptop πŸ˜‚

Any of the notti or talkative boys kana a \"freebie hurling\" chalkboard duster flying at their direction from the teacher

In our time , we bring in a cup or mug and toothbrush and 'squat\" next to a small little drain and teachers taught us how to brush our teeth :snooze:

Notti kids also kana \"wack'' on the knuckles with a thick ruler ...this is discipline back then ......the discipline master, usually a big size teacher and 'boy' he have all sort of thicknesses of the cane ...the thinnest the worst and it form a red line on the skin which all try to hide before Mom found out :spank:
