I thought CHC wanted to use secular music to reach out but not planting church or setting out religious missionaries to operate in US or China la. In any case, CHC didn't plant church and set out religious missionaries to operate in US at all. So, it is really doesn't matter whether CCP need to approve or not. She can cut album in China wa. Her china Wine also cut in US and also got nothing to do with any religious missionaries messages.

so I said China won’t simply allow religious mission work or church planting

people say it should be her music not church planting, and can cut album in China …(have not heard much about any foreign singers cutting album in China, most of the time it is cut in Taiwan, then sell in China, or have a local CD pressing plant for local sale for tax reason…for those popular pop singers)

so I said China has more than enough pop singers more capable than SH, she won’t stand a chance in China

You are right! don't need to cut album in China. Thanks for the enlightenment! Can also cut Chinese album in Taiwan or in Singapore. If cut in Singapore, even more cheaper and also can stay in Singapore. Then, do not need to incur $24M at all and just a fraction of this $24M and still can reached out to more people in China with the Gospel using her music.
