How coincidental! DD has been bugging me about baking something and we just went to grab some bananas to make a banana cake. Gonna let her attempt it on her own tonight.

She decided to attempt a basic butter cake instead. Turned out pretty well considering that this is her first attempt and without any help from me or my helper. She even creamed the butter without using the mixer, all arm power.

May I know which recipe you used? I have one from Yochana, very moist but I'll like to try new recipes.
