Hi Reenaranjitha,
You may try to print a copy of your child immunization cert from
http://www.nir.hpb.gov.sg/nir/eservices/eservices.jsp
Singpass needed.
Hope this help. -

Just to clarify: any remaining vacancies after Phase 2A2 would therefore be split half-half between 2B & 2C.LOLMum:
98 is for phase 2a2.
Whatever balance after phase 2a2 will then be split equally between 2b and 2c.
Doesn't that mean that there would be equal chance between 2B & 2C?
Then why would they say that doing PV has higher chances?
Just wondering & trying to see if I have any remote chance at phase 2C after all ... thanks!
Yes, any remaining vacancies after phase 2a2 would be split half half between 2 b and 2 c.
Equal number of vacancies doesn't mean equal chances.
Being pv has higher chances because u are a phase above 2c. So if u didn't get a place in 2b, u have another try at 2c.

Hi, I tried to click it but it said Error 404? :?: -
For those who have difficulty accessing the website to print immunisation cert, why don’t you try google National Immunisation Registry Singapore? You should be able to access the site via this way.
-
Error 404 appear to be a Browser error. Try with google chrome

Btw, i printed the immunisation records n there were some ’ no record’ for certain jabs. Will the school our application? Thx!

Will the health booklet be enough or do we print it off the national registry? I can't seem to locate the e-services website on the web.

Health booklet is more than enough. It is really enough coz I have completed the registration for my DS last Friday.

You might want to check with the respective school whether they accept a copy of ‘Immunisation Record of Child’ from the Health Book. FYI, you can find this page towards the end of the Health Book.
