You will need to get the character skirt directly from the ballet teacher. Each character skirt is different based on the colour ribbon sewed. The teacher decides on the colour.

You still can use a 2nd hand skirt, if you manage to get one, as the ribbons can be removed and the right coloured ones sewn on. I changed the ribbon on my skirt 2 or 3 times already.

Hi, my girl is in school of dance and I dun feel comfortable with the teacher there due to certain issues. Any recommendation of good school that teaches ballet, jazz and tap?

Not sure where your location is, but I used to go to Dance Arts at Funan.
