Come Aug 1, NO more fried food.

Both kids having blocked & runny nose...kept them at home to rest. Not a productive day to get any revision done for older one. Heard some schools starting prelims SOON.

My boy's Prelim Oral will be on 31st July, listening compre on 14thJuly & written papers
      will starrom 22nd Aug.

Boy's oral on 23/24 July. Written papers 22/8 onwards (I think). Only remember dates for PSLE. Aug 16/17 are VERY important dates. Yet to receive the index number.
Today get the index no. from school. It is also reminds the kids that PSLE is getting closer and closer.

My son had fever last week. He also had fever during SA 1 & June school holidays. I think it is due to the bad weather & insufficient sleep. Give your did more water & rest. Get well soon. Take care.

My DD also have fever yesterday. You can try \"三脚标 清热水\". It's quite effective or “ 岭羊水”to remove the heatiness.

The weather is hot again these few days. Better stay away from Brands as well as oily and deep fried stuff. My son was drowsy after taking medicine this morn…he started feeling unwell again after dinner. Looks like he will be staying at home again 2moro.

Yes weather’s bad plus lots of homework & exam stress so kids fall sick easily if not enough rest. Do take good care of our kids as exams are very near. We cant afford to let them fall sick.

So…No fast food, no oily or Fried food. Drink more water, & herbal tea like barley water once a week. Give them more fruits & fibre.
                      Jia you everyone!

It's so close to prelims...why are teachers still pumping so much homework? :siao: how to revise? Getting homework done is NOT revising.

Son is still recovering at home today. No point going to school and get more tired.
