:scared: Registration # at 159? but the school has 101 vacancies left for P2A2... you mean there were already 159 people queuing to register P2A2 today? :yikes:I have finished the registration for my son at Shuqun primary at 8.45am. My form didn't state the registration number so don't know how many already registered. But it was not crowded when I was there maybe because it is not \"hot' school. hehe!

Are you refering Nan Hua Primary? I saw my friend posted on FB, her son registration number was 159 at 9am. -
There seems to be more kids registering this year.
Have there been cases when all vacancies have been taken up at 2(a)2, registration at this phase is not first come first serve right?
I have never really thought about all this till this yr (time to register my boy)
Thanks -
Lukeysmummy:
It's not first come first serve. Should demand exceed supply, type of citizenship and home to school distance will come into play. There seems to be more kids registering this year.

Hi Lonejean - really panic when you mentioned queue no was 159. i called NHPS to check but unable to find out immediately, she advised to call back 30min later for P2A2 updates.
Hopefully Mummy of 3 is correct, 240 less 159 = 81. :xedfingers: -

I think shld be the registration number from Phase 1 till now. But I saw another friend’s form at Radin Mas, the registration number is go by Phase, she is under 2A2 and her number is 29 at 11.20am. So differ school have their own way of writing registration number, hehe! -

ACS 2012:
Vacancy: 240
Phase one : 72 taken (left with 168 seats)
Phase 2A1: 76 taken (left with 92 seats for Phase 2A2)
Phase 2A2 - will know evening of this Friday.
My guess is that there won't be much left after Phase 2A2 but who knows?[/quote]
