      Hi ,

My son DS1 is in PTPS Pri 1 this year. I had balloted unsuccessfully for Nan Hua last year and was also unfortunately balloted out of Qifa during phase 2C and hence i put my son in PTPS.
To be honest, the school is really quite good. Till date i have no complaints about the school . My DS1 is also very happy in school and the teachers are caring and attentive. The workload is not a lot and quite manageable at P1 level. They also uses computer a fair bit for lessons and home work and the school is using teh asknlearm portal and problemsum.com portal on a weekly basis now.
I initially had my reservations too but now i am quite rest assured that he is in good hands.

I think you ballot out of Qifa in P2C supplement, not P2C right?
but rather re-assuring to hear that you DS1 like PTPS, perhaps it is also suitability for children. Afterall, every child is different, and they may suit certain schools over another. Not all popular schools are suitable for all kids anyway. This may have been a blessing in disguise for you afterall.. :imcool:

Appreciate if anybody can advise P2A2 status for NHPS. Thanks.

I think the figure will only be out on Friday as the registration only starts today for P2A2.

Previous years data shows avg 80% will register in day1.
Hoping for up to date info or have to wait till around 7pm today for day 1 outcome.

Doesn't help much with the new SC policy anyway ... so many places taken up at 2A2, that's really astonishing this year!

Before registration started, I reviewed past 6years trend and thought since last year was high high, then this year prior 2B should be lower. Got a "shock" at P1, 108, how come so many siblings especially since last year was a high high already. P2A1 and 2 is worst.

Guess have to go ballot box at 2B since I am within 1km.
Very dreadful if needed to go to 2C, with overflow from 2B, more competition.

Are you referring to NHPS? My concern is now even 2A2 needs to ballot which is unheard of in its history!
