HPPS 29 vacancies and 30 registered

PH 44 vacancies and 70 registered

Out of curiousity, is there any sch ever perform balloting in phase 2A2 in past history, leaving not even a single chance to the rest of the phase.

In another thread a member shared that it happened before, some time ago, I'm not sure when.
