Hi all, may I ask a few obviously ignorant questions?

What are the school hours (timetable) for students at RGS?

Usually, how many hours of sleep does your DD get?

Do most still send their girls to school? If so, how's the traffic condition like in the morning?

        Thanks

According to my Gal, Sch Ends at 12.55pm to 1.55pm, Diff Wkdays, Diff Time. She says it's the Shortest Sch Hrs among her Ex-Pri Sch Mates, Now studying in other sch like NYGH, ACS, HCI, RI šŸ˜‰

However, depends on the CCA the Gals select, they may have to Stay back on the CCA days, 2x or 3x a wk after sch till 6+ or so, depends on CCA.

And if they R taking 3rd Lang in MOELC, Fridays afternoon is the Designated RGS 3rd Lang days.

Hours of Sleep? Depends on Assignments, Proj Due Date ....
Going to Bed Super Early in the Morning if One Gotta Rush for these Due the Next Day .... šŸ˜‰
Hours of Sleep is Very Much Dependent on Sch, .... Or External CCA, Enrichment Classes, One takes, Right?
I Heard of Gals who Sleep at .... 8pm (Unimaginable! Ha Ha ....), and Others Who sleep at Past Midnite in the Wee-Hours like 1am to 2am.

Quite a Fair Number R taking Sch Bus in the Morning (One-way only -hor).
Of Course there R others Who sent their Gals to sch, while others take public Transport. No diff from Pri Sch .... šŸ˜‰

Thanks for your reply. I'm a lousy driver, that's why I'm losing sleep just thinking of the traffic. šŸ˜“

So Better let the Gals Sleep in the Sch Bus in the Morning.

Most Gals Catch up on their Beauty Sleep in the Bus. No Worry of Missing the Stop, or Late for sch.

Take sch bus is better. Ease the stress and ERP charges. Unless you are on the way to your working place.

                      slmkhoo:
A question for girls (or their parents) in Yr2 - for the tests/exams in the 2nd half of Yr 2, will Yr 1 work be tested? If so, for which subjects? Thanks!

Not really, but some stuff are built up from sec 1, especially math. For eg there's geometry, some basics are already taught in sec 1 and you need to use them to reach certain steps, or algebra, which is again a higher level than sec 1's but you still need some sec 1 skills.

this school management should educate their girls to watch out their languages when they are in uniform and in public places such as in the bus.

A girl was talking with her friend in the bus, and this girl started using F ___ word , other vulgar hokkien words, literally every sentences. Macam apa ini?

I heard these unpleasant words spoken by neigbourhood sec sch students around my area.
