Just in case don't understand your questionc orectly, are you asking if those in phase 2B methodist, can they apply for boht schools - ACPS and ACSJ? The letter can allow them to apply to both schools in Phase 2B but MOE can only take in one application each time. So if schools in ACPS is full for phase 2B , they can head off to instead ACSJ to apply. At each time, each parent can only apply to one school. In order to apply to another school, they must withdraw their aplication at first school ro reapply for second school. is that what you are asking?

How is withdrawal done? is it instant such that it can be done at the 2B registration stage?

Yes. Any parent can withdraw from the school and then the other parent can register at the second school if theyhave all the documents ready.

Not the same as last year as 39 for phase 2b for last year.[/quote]Yes, my bad...last year 40 seats each for phase 2b and 2c. 37 reg for phase 2b and spilled over 3 seats to phase 2c. 51 applied for phase 2c.

I mix up the number 37 with 27 becos 27 out of these 37 belonged to one category.
