Wow looking at the rate this is going , will there be situation where the school application closes at 2A ?!

Hi Winnie,
Did you try to check with HPPS how many PV did they take in for this year registration since you are a PV there? I don't think all will move within 1Km but I know there should be grassroots staying within 1Km.
From past few years reg, there is normal no balloting in phase 2B, but it's because there are alot of vacancies. Last year, it started balloting for phase 2B, outside 2km only. 30 applying for 29 vacancies, think 11 ballot for 10 vacancies outside 2km. Those within 1, 1-2km all got in.
Hope this helps.

Anyone know what is HPPS trending for 1Km under 2b? I m a PV staying within 1km but since only 12 vacancies, I am very concerned

Hi grand master, thanks for the reply, so far my understanding total pvs 14 but 3 are PRs, 11 left, ard 3 I know is within 1 km but not sure of the grassroots… Hope not that many

Hi Winnie,
I m i3mum, not grandmaster. In this case the PRs won't sty a chance. Hopefully there's no so much grassroots within 1Km.
Good luck & keep me posted!

Hi mummies, need some advice… We are staying within 1km from Henry Park but we got DS into Catholic under 2A1. Our plan was to withdraw from Catholic & try HPPS under 2C within 1km cos we hv a younger girl registering in 2014 & will kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Looking at HPPS current places left its very likely there will be balloting. Should we take the risk? We hope to minimize traveling for our boy as well… Thanks!

stay with Catholic High, do well, then ask for transfer to HPPS halfway through 2013. Don't think you want to risk balloting for HPPS 2C 1km. There's always the fallback plan - U can always try balloting for your daughter under 2C 1km in 2014.
