All about 1 dish meal

My go-to one dish meal is pasta with homemade sauce. I regularly cook and freeze a variation of tomato based pasta sauce so itβs easy to put a busy weekday dinner together thatβs healthy.

Hi Funz
That is a whole head of lettuce and about 20 slices of salmon sashimi just for DH and myself. Kiddos ate something else.Flowermonaster:
Hi Funz, really u juz had that for dinner? Filling enough?
I don't really fancy raw fish so not going to blend that. Thanks or the idea.
We tend to eat light for dinner. So usually no carbo, mainly vege.
Your salmon sashimi salad dish looks yummily healthy. Do you use any dressing for your salad? -

Aside from lettuce, you will need young ginger (grated/julienned), red cut chilli and fried shallots. If you want you can add toasted sesame. -

Thanks, sounds simple enough! Will try it out at home too... tho must keep the salmon sashimi away from the kids, otherwise they'll finish it before the adults can get to them. Thanks
