on balloting day July 25, do not bring your child along.

if fail to ballot, child get disappointed & like the school and ask, "Mommy, why the school so long still haven’t called out my name ? Why they keep calling other children’s name, but not mine ? Why, mommy ? Why ? "

but for those who succeed in balloting, they’ll hang that tiny slip of white paper bearing your child’s name & registration number on the white board. At the end of balloting exercise over, you can move up and use handphone / camera, take snap shot of this precious, memorable gift - once in a life time.

Is balloting day confirmed already on July 25 for all schools? Stress 😓

Hi any idea if I’ve registered my girl in phase 1, and if I withdraw now to try another school in phase 2b,and if fail to get in, I apply back to the same school that i have withdrawn in phase 2c, will the school have my record and bar me from registering back at the same school?

Confirmed. Double confirmed. Chop chop. It is mentioned in the MOE website.

Don't think the school would consider in barred you. Perhaps you may want to check the odds in securing the school at Phase 2B. Phase 2C is the main group of applicants in which a lot of uncertainity would happen.

The school will not bar you lah. The school will have your records. But no harm re-prepare the records just in case.

Ok thanks. Think 2c within 1km sure can get in. Unisex school so chance higher. Thinking to try out at another school in 2b first. Scared school will blacklist my child if I go back again after withdrawing.

Will not blacklist, just that will not keep the place for you and u might not be successful if you reg again as u will be reg with those in either p2B or P2c.
