My back up is st. anthony connossian pri school but that’s further away, Temasek is still the next nearest to my place. The nearest is bedok green but I never consider it as I’ve called in to ask about their psle result twice but nobody come back to me. The next preferred is YuNeng but compared to Temasek, it’s further away so St. Anthony is my backup. I think no need ballot for 2C… I’m so stressed!

Are you still within 1 km for Temasek? If you're not, I will advice you not to waste your time trying in 2C.

Can anyone share with me experience with allied educators at Tanjong katong Primary School and Ngee Ann Primary? Are these schools supportive when dealing with children with special needs such as mild case of ADHD?

I think the the more appropriate question would be to ask if the child would be able to strive in that particular school environment. If the child is not overly disruptively active in normal class and can cope with adequate attention span, i think all teachers would be supportive. However, given that some schools are more academicaly focused, this child may be "disadvantaged" in that the teachers may not have the capacity to help him/her much due to just the sheer number of student in each class to mind. It all depends on how much the child can cope. I suggest you recce the school environment and compare to the child’s ability before deciding which is the more appropriate school.

I have seen a child with severe ADHD in class and she went around every 5 mins screaming in class , hitting her classmates or just walking around the class the entire lesson. There is only one teacher in class with 35 kids. It was a tough challenge even for the most caring and patient teacher.

My child 3.5 years old now. I just call up RSS to check on PV, and was told too early, call back again.

Next year, will call back check again. 🤷

                    hihi

anyone registering their son in St Stephen's ? I will be registering mine soon and would like to meet more parents who have registered or are intending to register or who already have kids there 🙂

I have also posted the same in the St Stephen's networking thread but i find that thread a little \"quiet\" hence checking if parents are more \"active\" here instead 🙂

Feel free to PM me if you do not wish to post here. Always good to meet more parents 🙂

Before you commit the time for PV, pls ensure the policies don't change.

Too early also cannot apply for PV, too late also apply. 😂

Thought policies usually won't change much?
