Just called ACSP, out of the ones who have registered so far, 20 are within 1km and all SC.

The lady who answered the call sounds friendly and helpful.

So far as i know, there’s people yet to be registered, probably waiting for last hour rush…

As at 10.30am, yes! 23 SC and 2 PR applied. If you are not among those that had already applied, there may be balloting risk.

You have to standby if you intend on switching and monitor the situation closely.
