Not easy to get into CCMC or CCC. Unless someone from the committee recommends you.[/quote]You can volunteer at Radin Mas CC but need not be in the CCC/CCMC, there are many other committees such as YEC/WEC/SNEC/AC etc to join.Can check on the pa website on how to become the volunteer. Being a volunteer in the CC is not easy as it takes mths for your application to be processed and being recognised as a committee member.
Think there is a Radin Mas Community Centre so still got chance to join as Radin Mas CCMC.daddy2007:

Today is the last day of phase 2B registration. Just found out today, there are 5 members, service not even 1 year, received an appeal letter with PA Letter Head.
They are lucky. They registered yesterday, waiting for 8pm MOE website update whether vacancy exceeded. Otherwise they are confirm and secure the place under phase 2B
The appeal letter with PA letter head will be recognised by the school. If only an appeal letter from MP without PA letter head, the school will reject. -
That photographer is well known with the MP. CD also know.
We only talk among ourselves. Guess what, realising people talk behind his back, he reduce his photography fee from $180 to $160.
This guy looks humble not cocky. That’s why people just close one eye. -
Many young young chairmen very cocky nowadays. They are not wise to act like a fool.
In fact those chairmen who serve the community for 30 years above, don’t even behave so cocky. -

To be safe join RC member as a beginner.
Phase 2B is only applicable to schools fall under your own GRC.
For example: let's say I am staying in Toa Payoh, I am only entitled to Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC. I can't apply Nanyang, SCGS, St Nicks, ACS, RGPS.
But I can apply just name a few good ones: Peichun, Catholic High
Is it confirmed that with the endorsement as active lader can apply ANY school under the same GRC? Is there somewhere that publish such info or is unspoken rule? -

Wow, 5 of them? How many months have they serviced? PA is very strict in reviewing all appeal cases. It's not easy for success appeal. I guess that they must be active members, contributed efforts at many events too.you can try.

They only confirm in 01 August 2011. However, they joined as observer 6 mths before august.
PA doesn’t know anything. CO still ask the chairman to do the recommendation.
I believe it also depends on the GRC. Sad to say our GRC has no good schools at all. Unlike Bt Timah, Toa Payoh, West Coast whereby they are surrounded by good schools. I think chairman also just signed, the school that these people fighting are only neighbourhood school close to their home. Nothing big deal.
I believe also depend on the chairman, whether he/she is a petty person or a ‘big hearted’ person. -

The P2b letter will indicate the GRC u are serving and u can only apply to those schools fall within the GRC.
