Beginner like ds1 is 5x per week, 2hr each time....
Not so beginner anymore like dd is 6x per week, 2.5hr each time....
I think Funx3 dd trains even longer hrs than mine....
Else how to be in Top 8 in Nationals, right?
Yeah, my Gal's training is longer at 4hrs (min) each session.
Coupled with the time taken to travel to-and fro to SK, macham a Full Day's Work ....
