Did anybody wonder why RGPS applicants and vacancies for P2B is the same? Is it just a coincident? What I mean is is it possible any schools can discourage parents from registering to avoid over-subscription and balloting?

I have not seen MOE published such breakdown in their website before. All the while is just the total applicants for each phase, vacancies and if the school is balloting at what distance.

No. Moe official not present there physically to observe p1 registration at RGPS. Initially 41 seats but someone withdrew from earlier phase go ano school. Match the 42 phase 2b candidates gum gum hor.
