Asia spending billions on tutors: study

I'm waiting for my ORD from my kids :rotflmao:

Because most parents' (esoecially SAHM) lives revolve around the kids, once our kids start to be independent and spend less time at home, our lives slowly becomes \"half life\" and eventually \"no life\".. That is why it is important for us to have our own friends and hobbies..KSP:
Think we should start a thread on 'Do you think you have a life with the hectic Sec Sch Curriculum'. Besides the parents, would be interesting to hear from the kids themselves.
let's start with pri sch first... i feel i left with half life....
But to the kids, i think it is from \"no life\" (always staying at home studying and listening to our nagging) to \"FULL life\" (staying in school, going out with friends, doing the things they like to do, SANS parents)! :rotflmao:
To be frank, i really don't mind if my kid spend full day in sec school, i may feel is No Life for her but in reality is Full Life for her. If she comes back home ~7/8pm that will leave us no time for tuition. If she didn't finish her hw in school that's her time management problem and she has to due with it.... stay up late to finish :scared:
That will also give me more time to :pokeeye: my friends who have pri sch kids...
:rotflmao: just joking lah..... which will give me back my Full Life again..... :rahrah:

Just realized that when parents are lamenting about having \"half life\" in primary schools and \"no life\" in secondary schools, they are (unconsciously) referring to their own lives, not their children's lives.. I am sure the kids are having a jolly good time of their lives in Sec Schs!

Before kids arrive, our significant other is half our life. When kids come, our attention is focused on them. Itβs so easy to neglect our significant other. I am guilty of that. When time comes when we can enjoy our spouse, it is difficult to re-connect again.

I'm not guilty.

I have proof!
Everything in life must have balance. :imanangel:
