For this 2 weeks, DS has to stay 4 days fm Tues to Fri. Beside hm, there are spelling and dicition (both english & MT). Had feedback thru FT, that I do not mind them stay in school for hm (ex the last few Tues), and then we enjoy the family time on Tues which is in the mid-wk, for re-charge again. They can re-schedule the extra lesson/CCA where it allow students to complete hm and have family time too.

Think all parents must be prepared for the big change from P5 onwards -almost 10 hours in school each day and yet have to rush back to continue doing school homework (excluding learning spelling & dictation (for EL & HMT), art, doing research on computer for social studies, projects assigned etc...)

                  Dear All parents,

I would be very grateful if you can share with me Juying school on term of their academic focus? I was not successful to get in the school i registered in phase 2C so Juying was one choice for registration in coming 2C supplement. Thanks a lot

New principal joined them in dec 2011.

                      Changes, hmm
                      1. they had open day this year
                      2. they have banner displayed in front of school (previously don't have)
                      3. New P eats more, i guess 🙂

New P seems to be more active / creative.
However, Ms Tan - prev principle- did fantastic job with Juying.

Yes, agreed. "New P seems to be more active / creative."

Can tell the difference. At least there are more "advance" notice to parents like me that are still blur on the time/schedule. (ex school closed on this PSLE oral)
