I'm pretty puzzled.
In P2B Nan Hua, with 16 seats for grabs, there are 28 <1km, 1 under 1-2km and 6 under >2km.
Why didn't those under 1-2km and >2km withdraw immediately since they have 0 chance to ballot?

Yep, 1 of them did withdraw from 1-2km. There were 2 people registered then end of day, left that 1 person. -

Why not, especially if they are PVs?
Their \"privilege\" couldn't be applied to others schools or phases, anyway.

THC, sorry to hear that. 2C will be even challenging. Is ur backup Qifa for 2cS? -
I am contemplating whether should I try for NH (within 1km) or just go for 2nd choice, reason are chances at NH is much much lower and if I failed then I will be competing with those that is unsucessful @ NH in 2nd choice P2CS and high chance these people are within 1km as well. Worst still, a big chunk maybe no vacancy left for P2CS at 2nd choice! :sad:
