Yes. Based on the history from 2006 to this year, there was no ballot for phase 2B For CHIJ OLN. Even if you live 3.5 k away, you would also get in.

And for this year which was just over, 53 applicants applied for 77 vacancies. So all applicants get in without ballot.

I will be entrolling my dd in hougang ps under phase 2c too, but look at the past few years history, do u think there are really so many PR staying within 1km? And what's your alternate choice if unable to go in?

Question to PLMGS:-
\"does the school intend to reduce intake for 2014 P1 intake ?
The school replied :-

“Our P1 intake has been 270 (9 classes) for the past few years and it is likely to stay at 270 for 2014 as well. We will go single-session in 2013.”

Yup, i know definitely need ballotting. 90vacancies. Based on last year statistic, there might b around 120+ applicants. Praying hard wifout pr, will reduce to 100applicants within 1km. Then our chances of getting in is higher
