The name of the student is out.

One interesting blog to share: http://sporehallofshame.blogspot.sg/2012/07/will-darinne-ko-be-protected-by-law.html

Darinne Ko will top Google search chart soon. ๐Ÿ™‚
That was fast! Cyberspace can be so creepy. :nailbite:
More chants for encore performances will soon ensue.

        just wondering aloud.

What if the prof shows evidence that the girl actually deserved the gradesโ€ฆjust that he conned her into believing she did badly so that he could have sex with her.

Then it will not be a corruption/criminal case, ya?

And if itโ€™s a con case, or some misrepresentation, then itโ€™ll be a civil suit depending on whether the girl want to or not, ya?

Suddenly dawned on me this might be a wake-up call on parents to tighten on the moral education from home.....since little is done in schools which focus primarily on academic pursuits.[/quote] make Moral Education a compulsory PSLE subject ... Sure will draw parents' attention to it ! Must score A* one hor ! And this subject, we can teach ourselves one ... No need tuition , correct ?

It will be words against words lor... Prof can deny, girl can claim she being conned into in... Then it will be interesting to see how they fight out in the court since they know the law procedure at the back of their hands ..

If that's really the case, after having face plastered everywhere am quite sure there will be.

Con or not, corruption charge still stands. As long as he is in the position to promise the grade, engaged in sex with the student, regardless at the end of the day did he really give her the A grade, or the girl really did well and deserved the A grade, it is still a corruption case.
